Career
Rushden presented the breakfast show on BBC London 94.9 from December 2006 - March 2008. He has also presented on TalkSport, BBC Radio 5 Live and substituted for James Richardson on the Guardian's Football Weekly podcast in 2010 and 2011.
On 1 May 2010, Rushden competed in charity football match at Old Trafford. He played on the Rivals team as he supports Cambridge United. Playing in a team including Ian Rush, John Barnes and Dave Beasant he played against a team featuring ex-United stars including Jaap Stam, Dwight Yorke and Denis Irwin.
