Azelnidipine (INN; marketed under the brand name Calblock) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker.

Unlike nicardipine, it has a gradual onset and has a long-lasting hypotensive effect, with little increase in heart rate.cite journal |author=Oizumi K, Nishino H, Koike H, Sada T, Miyamoto M, Kimura T |title=Antihypertensive effects of CS-905, a novel dihydropyridine Ca++ channel blocker |journal=Jpn.
