California's 78th State Assembly District is one of 80 districts in the California State Assembly. It is currently represented by Republican Shirley Horton of Bonita.

District profile

The district currently consists of 15.05% of San Diego County, including all of La Presa, Lemon Grove, and Spring Valley, 97.04% of Bonita, 9.00% of Casa de Oro-Mount Helix, 37.44% of Chula Vista, 14.27% of Jamul and 21.17% of San Diego.
