Fractal Analytics is a provider of predictive analytics and decision sciences to retail financial services, Insurance, CPG, retail and telecommunication industries.

History

Fractal Analytics is a provider of analytics services, working with companies to analyze data and generate business insights to make effiicient business decisions. The company applies advanced analytics to transaction-based data, generates insights into key business drivers, and through predictive scoring creates a forward looking view of the client’s business potential and risk.

Fractal was started in 2000 by five founders : Nirmal Raja Palaparthi, Pradeep Suryanarayan, Pranay Agrawal, Ramakrishna Reddy and Srikanth Velamakanni. Two of the founders, Reddy and Suryanarayan, left the organization in 2007 and Fractal is currently run by Srikanth, Pranay and Nirmal. Five founders own about 40% of the firm, First Round Investor Gulu Mirchandani owns a little over 50% of the firm, Angel Investors and Employees own about 10% of the firm. Velamakanni is the Chief Executive Officer since 2006.

Business lines

Fractal provides solutions for customer acquisition / target marketing, marketing mix modeling, structural equations modeling, attrition management, customer segmentation, credit scoring, account management, collection management and product cross-selling. Fractal’s solutions are categorized under the following business lines: CRM Analytics, Marketing Optimization, Consumer Insights, Risk Analytics, and Business Analysis.
