Mari(old) is a town and union council of Mianwali District in the Punjab province of Pakistan.[1] It is located at 32°57'32N 71°35'7E and has an altitude of 234m (770ft).[2]

History

During the colonial era, Mari was the terminus of the North-Western Railway and served as a depot for the salt and alum of Kalabagh.[3] Old Mari is a town in Pakistan, near Wanda Kukranwala and Kalabagh city. It is located near the river Indus.
