Peel Regional Road 1

Peel Regional Road 1

Peel Regional Road 1, or Erin Mills Parkway is a multi-lane north-south street in western Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Its southern terminus is at the Queen Elizabeth Way (the road is termed Southdown Road south of QEW), and it ends in the north at Mississauga Road, just south of Highway 401. It is designated as Peel Regional Road 1 for its entire length (the designation is transferred to Mississauga Road north of its intersection with Erin Mills).

Most of the roadway cuts through residential neighbourhoods and light industries to the north.

Along Erin Mills are:

* Sheridan Mall
* South Common Mall
* Erin Mills Town Centre
* Erin Woods Park
* Quenippenon Meadows Community Park
* Credit Valley Hospital

The road is named after the community of Erin Mills and the village of Erindale. Both are linked to the 19th Century Irish settlers in the area.
