Norma Bassett Hall (1889–1957), born in 1889[1] in Halsey, Oregon, was an American printmaker. She was a woodblock printmaker and often depicted landscapes and outdoor scenes.[2]

Education
Hall studied at the School of the Portland Art Association and the Art Institute of Chicago. She also studied privately with the noted British printmaker Mabel Royds.
Career
Hall was a member of the Prairie Printmakers, and was the only female among the charter members of the group.
Life
She lived much of her life in Kansas and New Mexico.[3] She married Arthur W. Hall, a noted etcher and watercolorist.
