Severo-Baykalsky District ( _ru. Се́веро-Байка́льский райо́н) is an administrative and a municipal district, one of the twenty-one in the Buryat Republic, Russia. It is located at the northern tip of Lake Baikal. Its administrative center is the urban-type settlement of Nizhneangarsk. District's population: ru-census|p02=16446|p89=40213
Barguzin Nature Reserve is located on the territory of the district.
