Town of St Arnaud , the City and most of theShire of Stawell , theGrampians National Park within theShire of Wimmera and parts of the Shires of Ararat, Avoca, Donald and Dunmunkle into theShire of Northern Grampians . The Cope Cope district became part of theShire of Buloke .
