AArrow Advertising was founded by sign spinners in 2002, when a group of friends from Ocean Beach, California discovered they could do tricks with a sign. They began spinning them in the air, behind their back and dancing with them. The group was young and energetic and all had an avid interest in skateboarding, surfing and other activities requiring physical prowess, skill and dexterity. Today there are more than 300 different tricks in the companies Sign Spinning tricktionary. Since start up, there has been tremendous growth in the number of employees and clientele. AArrow employs more than 750 youth across the country between the ages of 16-24.

Business

AArrow Sign Spinners are professionally trained to complete hundreds of tricks; some of which include spinning, kicking and tossing six-foot custom made signs. Each spinner is required to complete AArrow Boot Camp, which separates AArrow Sign Spinners from other sign 'holding' companies. These professional spinners are attention-grabbing and generate a ‘superstar’ quality.

Most of the AArrow Sign Spinners are between 16-24 years of age and the average Sign Spinner starts at $10 per hour, with wages reaching as high as $20 per hour. Wages are determined by skill level, positive attitude and leadership skills. As the employees become more proficient, they become more valuable to the business and the brand.

Since start up, there has been tremendous growth in the number of employees and clientele. AArrow employs more than 750 youth across the country between the ages of 16-24.

AArrow’s clients range from Fortune 100-500 companies to celebrities, store grand openings, special events and sports and entertainment industries. Some of the most frequent users of Sign Spinners are retail stores, websites, food chains, luxury apartments and home builders and developers.

AArrow corporate is located in Washington, D.C. while the World Famous AArrow Sign Spinners have invaded the nation with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Inland Empire, Las Vegas, Phoenix, North Carolina, New York City and Southeast Florida. AArrow is transitioning to a global company and will start franchising the end of 2008.

December 2007

AArrow partners with the Susan G. Komen Foundation to raise money for breast cancer research. In San Diego, AArrow strategically placed two Sign Spinners at the registration booth and the finish line of the race to direct traffic, raise awareness and entertain the crowd. AArrow continues to work with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in San Diego, New York City and Washington, D.C.

November 2007
