Barren River , then continuing north for convert|1.3|mi|km until ending at a terminus with the cojoined US 68/KY 80/US 31-W.KY 3225 is a two lane highway for the first convert|0.3|mi|km of the route, widening to a four lane highway for the last convert|1.1|mi|km of the route.
