Nha Be (Vietnamese: Nhà Bè) is a suburban district (huyện) of Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam.

As of 2003 the district had a population of 69,389.[1] The district covers an area of 100 km². The district capital lies at Nhà Bè.[1]
