As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 299 people, 110 households, and 85 families residing in the village. Thepopulation density was 1,874.5 people per square mile (721.5/km²). There were 121 housing units at an average density of 758.6/sq mi (292.0/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.67% White, and 0.33% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.34% of the population.There were 110 households out of which 33.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.4% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.7% were non-families. 21.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.72 and the average family size was 3.18.
In the village the population was spread out with 26.8% under the age of 18, 4.7% from 18 to 24, 30.4% from 25 to 44, 22.7% from 45 to 64, and 15.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 103.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 99.1 males.
