During the unaccompanied tour promoting his solo album The Grand Scheme of Things, Tomorrow band member Steve Howe played "My White Bicycle" as the last song before any encores, introducing it as "The first British psychedelic single."[citation needed] Howe played the song on a Fender Stratocaster and sang.
