The Company has three divisions.
*Petrofac Engineering and Construction, as the name suggests, constructs oil and gas production and processing plants. It specialises in delivering large, complex projects in remote locations.
*Petrofac Operations Services runs oil and processing plants, and/or provides management facilities and training for personnel on them. Its main base is the UK North Sea, although it also has contracts in Dubai.
*Petrofac Energy Developments invests in oil and gas facilities. It owns a stake in developments inAlgeria ,Malaysia ,Kyrgyzstan , UKNorth Sea , andTunisia .References
