"Cockroaches" is the ninth episode of the eighth season of the American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada. This episode is notable for being directed by filmmaker William Friedkin, director of The Exorcist and The French Connection, who previously worked with star William Petersen on a crime film, To Live and Die in L.A. in 1985.

Plot

Warrick is the chief suspect in a mob-related murder, and his addiction to pills begins to have a negative impact on his job. Oscar-winner William Friedkin (“The French Connection”) directs.
