Grissom's Divine Comedy is the twelfth episode in the of the popular American crime drama which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first episode to be written and filmed since the ending of the WGA Strike. This is also the first episode in the series that feature the entire CSI team working when they are sick.

Plot

Grissom, sick with the flu, is called upon by D.D.A. Klein (Bonnie Bedelia) to investigate the death of a key witness for a grand jury case against a dangerous Las Vegas gang.

The episode was watched by 20.4 million viewers and achieved a 5.8/15 in the key adults 18–49 demographic.
