Formerly called the David Sherman Corporation, the Company was renamed in 2006. The company was founded in 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri, by David Sherman Sr. and Paul A. Lux. The company sells beverages across the United States and does some international trade.
Some brands of Luxco are Admiral Nelson's Rum, Arrow liqueurs, Caffé Lolita, El Mayor, Everclear, Ezra Brooks Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, Juarez tequila, Pearl vodka, Purple Passion, Rebel Yell whiskey, David Nicholson 1843 bourbon, Saint Brendan's Irish Cream, Salvador's, Tvarscki vodka, and Yago Sant'gria a sangria.
Manufacturing, packaging, marketing and distribution all take place at the company facilities in St. Louis.
