Luxco, Inc. is a privately owned producer and marketer of distilled alcoholic beverages and liqueurs. Formerly called the David Sherman Corporation, the Company was renamed in 2006. The company was founded in 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri, by David Sherman Sr. and Paul A. Lux. The company sells beverages across the United States and does some international trade.

Some brands of Luxco are Admiral Nelson's Rum, Arrow liqueurs, Caffé Lolita, El Mayor, Everclear, Ezra Brooks Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, Juarez tequila, Pearl vodka, Purple Passion, Rebel Yell whiskey, David Nicholson 1843 bourbon, Saint Brendan's Irish Cream, Salvador's, Tvarscki vodka, and Yago Sant'gria a sangria.

Manufacturing, packaging, marketing and distribution all take place at the company facilities in St. Louis. They employ 180 people, and in 2007 Luxco had approximately 140 million dollars in revenues.[citation needed] Luxco's headquarters are located at 1000 Clark Ave, St. Louis, Missouri 63102. The company's manufacturing facility is located at 5050 Kemper Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63139.
