United States Census Bureau , the township has a total area of 36.0square mile s (93.3km² ), all land.Demographics
As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 670 people, 234 households, and 190 families residing in the township. Thepopulation density was 18.6 per square mile (7.2/km²). There were 342 housing units at an average density of 9.5/sq mi (3.7/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 98.36% White, 0.15% Native American, 0.15% from other races, and 1.34% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.64% of the population.There were 234 households out of which 35.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.1% were married couples living together, 8.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.8% were non-families. 14.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.13.
In the township the population was spread out with 27.9% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 30.1% from 25 to 44, 23.7% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 108.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.3 males.
