Lee Township is a civil township of Allegan County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 4,114 at the 2000 census.

The township is rural with the population living mostly around the lakes and the unincorporated town of Pullman. A small portion of the Allegan State Game Area is in the township. Decades ago the township was home to resorts, though they're now all gone, but there are still many seasonal residents living in private summer cottages.
