Longos ( _el. Λόγγος), older and uncommon form Loggos is a village located in the municipality of Sympoliteia in the northeastern part of the prefecture of Achaia in the Peloponnese. The village is connected with the old national road (greek:Παλαιά Εθνική Οδός) GR-8 and through the interchange of Selianitika/Longos with the New National Road (GR-8A, Athens - Corinth - Patras).The village is located about 7 km west of Aigio and about 35 km E of Patras.Longos and its adjacent village Selianitika share a beautiful beach which is approximately 1.5 Km long. Both villages are among the most popular destinations of Achaia during the summer months.

Longos has a school, a church, a post office, a beach, hotels, campgrounds and a square ("plateia") in the central part. The area around Longos has olive groves as well as citrus fruits surrounding the area along which is the main production along with some other livestock. Forests are to the southwest and to the southeast and parts of Longos as well. Longos is famous for its beaches which cover much of its entire coastline to the north and its campgrounds including Longos Beach. There are about tens in the area including Akoli. The panorama includes the hills and the mountains to the south and the west along with the northern part of the tall mount Erymanthos to the SW and the Panachaiko to the west.
