B.A. in chemical engineering fromMichigan Technological University in 1972 and earned hisJ.D. fromWilliam Mitchell College of Law in 1976. Neuville is an attorney with Grundhoefer Neuville & Ludescher, P.A. and a long time resident of Northfield. He is married and has five children.References
