Early life

Hogan was born in Syracuse, New York. She graduated from Le Moyne College in 1983. She made her television debut in an episode of "The Golden Girls" in 1990. She also appeared in three episodes on "Seinfeld" as Elaine Benes' unwanted, feckless, showbiz wanna-be roommate Tina. Thereafter, she began to appear in feature films.
