Scott attended Seton Hall Preparatory School in West Orange, New Jersey and Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.[1]
He set a national record of 20.34 m to win at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games, but an in-competition test was positive for marijuana and his result was disqualified – removing him of his gold medal and erasing his national record.[2][3]
