The company engages in the design, installation, and support of data storage infrastructures that store, protect, and provide continuous access to information. It provides data recovery solutions, including local and remote backup, snapshot, and replication to companies to recover data; storage management solutions, such as storage consolidation, storage area network management, virtualization, data lifecycle management, and storage security; and solutions, such as fault tolerant storage and clustering that are designed to protect planned and unplanned downtime. The company's solutions include hardware products, such as disk arrays, tape systems and interconnection components, and storage management software products. It also offers installation and support services.
