The Yulee Tradeplex, a small strip mall including a Winn-Dixie, a stand-alone

Several smaller strip malls are also being built in the area, which is seeing increasingly aggressive development. While not in Yulee, there are two large paper mills in Fernandina Beach. One very large shopping center has recently been constructed on A1A in Yulee, which includes a
Home Depot store and a Target store as well as smaller strip malls. The growth in the area is extremely aggressive and property values, as well as the cost of homes, are rapidly rising as the availability of land and/or homes so near the waterfront of Fernandina Beach become increasingly appealing to newcomers.Yulee also is home to a world class golf course designed, in part, by Arnold Palmer - North Hampton. This golf course is accessible by the communities of North Hampton as well as Flora Parke. Both communities are ideal for families wishing to relocate to the area.Yulee is also home To Amelia National with a Golf Course designed by Tom Fazio.
