Cochranella helenae is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. Two common names are sometimes used to refer to this species: Venezuelan Glass Frog and Helena's Glass Frog. It is endemic to Venezuela, where it is locally known as ranita de cristal de Helena. The Venezuelan population that was believed to belong to C. oyampiensis is apparently of this species.
This species was recently transferred from the genus Hyalinobatrachium to the genus Cochranella.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. Its status is insufficiently known.
