(Taylor, 1949)Cochranella spinosa is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, and possibly Nicaragua. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
