Centrolene prosoblepon is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family, commonly known as the emerald glass frog. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
