New Town High School fairly recently built school, which is located on 4931 New Town Boulevard in Owings Mills, Maryland, across the street from New Town Elementary School. The school was named after the area. The school district borders Franklin High School, Owings Mills High School, Pikesville High School, and Randallstown High School.
Students
The graduation rate at New Town High School was 92% in 2006, the first year that data is available. The school has only been in existence since 2003.[2] The school has added a grade each year until all four grades were enrolled. The enrollment is 92% African-American, while only 3.8% are White and 2.8% Asian/Pacific. Student population [3]

The team Team Mascot is a Titan and Colors are Gold, Burgundy and Black. Students were given a vote when the school first opened to vote on the team name and team colors, were as though it came down to the Titans, Tigers or Bears and being a new school at the time Titans fit the description and won by unanimous vote along with Burgandy, Gold and Black.
