The Sapphire-vented Puffleg (Eriocnemis luciani) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It sometimes includes the Coppery-naped Puffleg as a subspecies.
