Culver's is renowned for offering a wide variety of made-to-order meal items and desserts. Culver’s features a wide range of condiments, sauces, dressings, and breads. These include:
*Breads: Regular bun (4” Kaiser), Jumbo bun (5”), Hoagie bun, Sourdough bread, Rye bread. Additionally, any sandwich can be ordered without the bun.
*Cheeses: American, crumbled Bleu, Cheddar (sliced and shredded), shredded Parmesan, and Swiss.
*Condiments: Mayo (Regular, Lite, and Chipotle), Tartar Sauce, Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Pickles, Onions (raw and fried), Lettuce (Romaine and Iceberg), Tomatoes, Sauerkraut, Relish, Mushrooms, Olives, Avocado, Jalapeño and Chili.There are two popular packages: Works (Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, Onions) and Deluxe (Mayo, Pickles, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato). Culver's charges 25-30 cents for tomatoes.
*Dressings: Ranch, Lite Ranch, French, Lite French, Lite Italian, Caesar, 1000 Island, Bleu Cheese, Sesame Ginger, Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette, Parmesan Peppercorn, Oil and Vinegar, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Salsa, and Sour Cream.
*Sauces: BBQ, Honey, Honey Mustard, Sweet & Sour, Tartar Sauce, Cocktail Sauce, Steak Sauce, Hot Sauce, Horse Radish.Generally speaking, the only condiments that Culver’s will charge for are Cheese (25 cents for shredded or American, 35 cents for cheddar or Swiss, and 50 cents for bleu cheese crumble), Tomato (25 cents), Mushroom (25 cents), Sauerkraut (25 cents), Avocado (50 cents), Chili (25 cents), bacon (50 cents) and Jalapeño (25 cents).

ButterBurgers
Every
ButterBurger is made from a special mixture of 100% U.S., Grade-A chuck and sirloin. The ButterBurger meat is never frozen. Each ButterBurger is made fresh to the individual customer’s taste. When the order comes back to the kitchen, the grill person sets the puck on the grill and presses down on it with a weight and spatula. This sears the burger, theoretically helping it to retain its juicy flavor. ButterBurgers get their name, not because the burger is grilled in butter, but because the crown of the bun is lightly buttered before being toasted.All ButterBurgers can be made as a Single, Double, or Jumbo (more meat is available by request). A Single burger weighs a little more than 1/6-pound (2.75 oz), a Double weighs about 1/3-pound (5.5 oz), and a Jumbo weighs over 1/2-pound (8.25oz). Singles and most Doubles will come on a Regular bun. Pressed Doubles (when two patties are combined to make one large patty) and Jumbos (three patties combined to make on large patty) typically come on a Jumbo bun.

Basic Sides can be substituted into a Value Basket at no additional charge. They include:
*French Fries- crinkle-cut potato fries. They come in Regular, Large, and Family (equivalent to 3 Larges) sizes.
*Mashed Potatoes- “Realmashed potatoes ”Fact|date=July 2007 served with chicken gravy, beef gravy, butter, or plain.
*Cole Slaw- homemadecole slaw , made fresh withcabbage and [carrots] .
*Seasoned Green Beans- boiled, seasonedgreen beans with choppedonions mixed in.

fountain drinks that servePepsi products,Tropicana fruit punch and lemonade,Lipton’s unsweetenediced tea , and their own brand ofroot beer . Fountain drinks come in Small (12 oz.), Medium (22 oz.), and Large (32 oz.) sizes. Besides fountain drinks, Culver’s servesmilk ,chocolate milk , hot tea, and their private Blue Spoon Blendcoffee .In addition to these drinks, there are a number of drinks that are also classified as Desserts. They are listed here because, like Side Items, they can be substituted in and out of a Value Basket. These Dessert-Drinks come in Short (12 oz.), Medium (16 oz.), and Tall (24 oz.) sizes.
*Regular Shake-

*Custardccino- a chilled coffee drink made withfrozen custard , ice, and toppings. Most common flavors arecaramel and mocha (fudge ). (Most Culver's stores are eliminating the Custardccinos from their menus, replacing it with the new n'iced coffee)
*N'Iced Coffee- Made with ice cubes and a coffee/custard homemade blend, it is similar to the custardccino but not blended. It can be either mocha or vanilla flavored.
*Cooler- Lemon Ice mixed with up to 2 fruit toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
*Smoothie- Lemon Ice mixed withfrozen custard and up to 2 fruit toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).The most obvious difference between a Regular Shake and a Concrete Mixer is their thickness. Regular Shakes start with either shake mix (containing vanilla custard mixed with milk), or by scooping custard (vanilla, chocolate, or flavor of the day) into a cup with milk. Then toppings are added, and the shake is blended. The milk makes Regular Shakes thinner, and thus sippable. Concrete Mixers are made by scooping your choice of custard (vanilla, chocolate, or flavor of the day) into a cup, adding toppings, and blending. They are significantly thicker, as the name suggests. Team Scoopie Meals
Culver’s Team Scoopie Meals (Kids Meals) come with an entrée, a Side Item, and a Drink as well as two tokens: one for Dessert and one for prizes.

Kids Drinks are either a fountain drink in a special plastic Kids cup, milk (white or chocolate), Apple Juice, or Orange Juice.
Kids Desserts are either a Single Dish/Cone of frozen custard (with a topping, additional toppings being $.25 extra before tax), a Single Dish of Lemon Ice (with a topping, additional toppings being $.25 extra before tax), a brownie, or a cookie.
Kids can save up prize tokens and redeem them for Kids Meals and Team Scoopie gear. Depending on each Culver's location, it takes between 10 and 15 tokens to receive a prize or Free Kid's Meal.
Dinners
Dinners come with a choice of meat, 2 Sides, and a dinner roll. Types of Dinners include:
*Chicken- Chicken fried fresh and kept warm in a Culver's hot drawer no longer than 2 hours. Choice between Breast, Wing, Thigh, and Leg meat. Available in 2, 4, or 8 pieces. The 2-piece dinner is usually ordered as white (Breast and wing) or dark (Leg and thigh) meat, but it can also be ordered as individual pieces. It takes 14 minutes to cook fresh chicken.
*Cod- Hand-batteredCod Fillet, available in 2 or 3 pieces.
*Shrimp- Crispy,Butterfly Shrimp , available in 8 or 12 pieces.

Frozen Custard (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Flavor of the Day). This is Culver's own Premium Icecream and is handmade hourly with their Custard Machines at each Culver's location. Vanilla Custard is made with pure vanilla extract, 10% butterfat, and 1.4% egg white solids. Chocolate Custard is made with 13% butterfat and 1.4% egg white solids.----
*Culver's Classic Sundaes - Turtle, Caramel Cashew,
Banana Split (served as a 2 or 3 scoop), Strawberry Shortcake, Caramel Pecan, Chocolate Marshmallow Almond, andBanana's Foster .-Turtle- Vanilla Custard topped with Caramel, Hot Fudge, an ounce of Pecans, and a whole
maraschino cherry . Although usually made with the Vanilla Custard, it can be substituted for chocolate or the Flavor of the Day (FOD).-Caramel Cashew- Vanilla Custard topped with hot caramel, an ounce of
cashews , and a wholemaraschino cherry .-
Banana Split (served with 2 or 3 scoops of custard in a boat)- This is a classic sundae served the Culver's way. It starts with the scoops of Custard in the middle and sandwiched by a half of a banana on both sides and topped strawberries in the middle, caramel and hot fudge on either end of the sundae, a laddle ofpecans over the entire length of the sundae, a dollop ofwhipped cream in the center, and a wholemaraschino cherry on top to finish it off. This varies from other traditionalbanana splits by not includingpineapple , but can still be included in the sundae if desired by the customer.-
Strawberry Shortcake - This sundae is available as a 1, 2, or 3 scoop. It starts with two warm shortcake halves and the scoops of custard added on top of them. Then fresh strawberries are spooned across the top of the sundae, followed by whipped cream in the middle, and topped with a wholemaraschino cherry .-Caramel
Pecan - This sundae is similar to the Caramel Cashew, exceptpecans are substituted instead of thecashews .-Chocolate Marshmallow Almond- This sundae is just how it sounds. It starts with chocolate custard, topped with liquid
marshmallow creme , slicedalmonds , a dollop of whipped cream, and topped with a wholemaraschino cherry .-
Banana's Foster - This sundae is also a classic creation with a Culver's twist. It starts with the scoops of vanilla on the bottom, topped with hand-sliced fresh bananas, and the Banana's Foster Sauce (Caramelized brown sugar ,cinnamon , andbutter ).----
*Build Your Own Sundae - Choose from a wide variety of
candies ,fruits , andsyrups to make your own sundae.*Concrete Cakes - Cookie Dough Craving (no longer available at select locations), Turtle, Cookies & Cream, Butter Pecan, and a few limited time and seasonal cakes like Blue Moon, Chocolate Raspberry Turtle, and Peppermint Stick.

*Rib Dinner and Rib Baskets, served as a full or half rack of ribs (10 or 5). The difference being that the dinner has 2 sides with no drink included and the basket has only one side and a drink included in the price.
