The Stripe-faced Wood Quail, Odontophorus balliviani, is a species of New World Quail found in the Yungas of southern Peru and Bolivia. It is about 27 cm in length and weighs approximately 0.325 kg.

The binomial of this bird commemorates José Ballivián.
