KNBQ (102.9 FM) is a country music formatted radio station in the Seattle, Washington, area. It became active in the 1990s. In the early 2000s, Centralia-licensed KNBQ moved to a taller tower, providing better coverage to become a Seattle-market station.

History

In the 1980's KNBQ was a Top-40 station based in Tacoma on 97.3 FM. Ric Hansen mid-days, Beau "Rockin'" Roberts at night.
