Clifford Williams (academic)

Clifford Williams (born 1943) is an American professor and chair of the department of Philosophy at Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois.[1][2] Williams is an historian of contemporary hobo culture and a part time hobo, known in that subculture as "Oats."[2][3]
