Highway 7A is a provincially maintained highway in south-central Ontario, Canada. Highway 7A's western terminus is at Highways 7 and 12 at Manchester. Its eastern terminus is at Highway 115, just east of Cavan.

The total length of Highway 7A is presently 48.3 km. Its route includes Durham Region and Peterborough County, including the communities Port Perry, Nestleton Station, Bethany and Cavan.

A 1.5 km distance is concurrent with Highway 35 north of Pontypool, a jog which interrupts Highway 7A's routing. There is a commuter parking lot at the southern junction of 7A and 35.
