Southeast Area Transit (abbreviated to SEAT) is a provider of local bus service in eight towns and two cities in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Connecticut: East Lyme, Griswold, Groton (town and city), Ledyard, Montville, New London, Norwich, Stonington, and Waterford. Under contract to Amtrak, SEAT also provides thruway motorcoach service from New London to Foxwoods.

Corridor routes: Routes connecting major cities or towns in the region.
*1/101: New London to Norwich via Route 32
*2: New London to Groton and Norwich via:
**Routes 117 and 184 (midday)
**Route 12 (first and last trips)
*3: Niantic-New London-Groton via Routes 161 and 1
*9: Norwich to Jewett City via Route 12
*108: New London-Groton-Mistick Village-Foxwoods express (also an Amtrak Thruway Motorcoach route)

Norwich/Jewett City locals: These routes (not including Route 11) originate from the Norwich Transportation Center
*4: Norwich Avenue/Harland Road
