Synopsis
Cold open
Dr. Weird reveals that he made love to a lawn mower. When Steve asks him why he did, he said that "she was drunk and didn't know what she was doing". A little creature comes out of the mower engine, and Dr. Weird says that it's his "metal boy".
Plot
Shake travels to Guatemala for cheap plastic surgery because he can't afford to have it done in the United States. Meatwad plays mind-games on Shake and convinces him to get more surgery done. After getting some more surgery, Meatwad wants Carl to take Shake to Carl's friend Terry for surgery and a 10% finder's fee. Shake gets the surgery, which includes a concave ass region and second mini-face, but decides it looks horrible and has the surgery reversed. While Shake is recuperating, Meatwad tells him that he is still fat, but Frylock responds "Meatwad, no!"
Cultural references
*At one point Shake claims he received plastic surgery on his nose so he can "breathe better and hit the high notes." Michael Jackson made the same claim about his plastic surgery.
*After Shake's initial plastic surgery, Carl remarks that he smells like Almond Joy.
