Malibu Towne is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It is a residential complex with ample open spaces and a community center. It is located on the Gurgaon - Sohna state highway near Netaji Subhash Chowk.

The outlay of the township resembles that of a similar township in California. There are 3 categories of houses in the township - The Towers housing flats, The independent villas and the personal value floors. The landscape is similar to countryside with almost all buildings following the signature style of white exteriors and a red roof giving the look of a thatched roof.

The construction of Malibu Towne started in 1998. It is still partly inhabited. There are no business centers within Malibu Towne, but a shopping complex is operational with Pizza Hut, Salons and grocery shops. Other nearest shopping centers are C & D block markets of South City - II and the Omaxe Mall nearby. There is a super market near the said mall where groceries can be easily purchased.
