Besses o'th' Barn Metrolink station is a Manchester Metrolink tram station in Besses o' th' Barn, Greater Manchester, England on the former Manchester Victoria to Bury railway line.

It was opened in 1934 by the London Midland and Scottish Railway, to cater for a large inter-war housing development. It was named for the famous local brass band. The station forms part of Ticketing Zone B. It is unique, as it is the only original station on the Bury-Manchester line to have one island platform.

Connecting Bus Routes

The First Manchester high frequency 135 Yellow Line service runs between Bury and Manchester and stops adjacent to the station as do services 93, 137 and 138. Route 95 runs between Manchester and Bolton and calls next to Besses o'th' Barn United Reformed Church as does the Manchester-Bury 98 service.
