Mohadi(Marathi मोहाडी) is a town and a tehsil in Bhandara subdivision of Bhandara district in Nagpur revenue Division in the Berar region in the state of Maharashtra, India.

It is located on the banks of Maharashtra State Highway Bhandara - Tumsar. there is the temple of goddess chandeshwari, it is very famous temple among hindu. the castes found in the mohadi is Koshti, Teli , Kunbi and sceduled cast people, and less proportion of Muslim the languague spoken is Marathi language. there are there junior college in mohadi i.e. zilha parishad science and art ju. college , sulochana devi pardhi science and art ju college, saraswati art ju. college. other are primary school. there is civil and criminal court in mohadi as it is taluka of Bhandara district. the colony area of mohadi is known as civil line which is behind the mohadi tahsil office. the bsnl office known as phone office is on the left side of state way. the administration of the town is handled by Gram panchayat
