Raipura has 24 Unions/Wards, 114 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 231 villages. Among the villages Gouripur is the one of the most beautiful village. It is beside the Meghna and Bhramaputra river. Most of the people's occupation of Gouripur is business and catching fish. There is a strong bond among all the villagers in that village. Peoples are very simple and easy going.
