- New Athos Cave Railway

New Athos Subway is an underground electric railroad in the New Athos Cave, Abkhazia, Georgia. It was opened in 1975. It has length of 1.3 kilometres (0.81 mi) and 3 stations. The train "Turist" was built at RVR wagon plant (Riga) and has six wagons five of which are usable by passengers (90 passengers overall). It uses 900 mm (2 ft 11 1⁄2 in) gauge. There are two trains of which only one is currently in use and was reconstructed in 2005 in Moscow.
