Nedelcho Lazarov Kolev (Bulgarian: Неделчо Лазаров Колев, born 26 March 1953 in Kableshkovo) is a Bulgarian Olympic, European and World Weightlifting Champion. Best known for his success at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow and for his 6 gold medals from world championships in Manila and Havana, Cuba.

Kolev is the father of singer Ruth Koleva.
