Chad Mustard (born October 8, 1977 in Central City, Nebraska) is a former American football tight end and offensive tackle of the National Football League. He was signed by the Omaha Beef as a street free agent in 2003. He played college football and college basketball at North Dakota.

Mustard was a member of the Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos.

College career

Mustard finished his basketball career seventh on UND's all-time leading scoring list with 1,568 points. He also had 741 career rebounds and was voted a Third Team NABC All-American as a senior. Mustard was a member of the 2001 Division II National Champion Fighting Sioux football team.

Personal

Chad is married to Kalli and has a bachelor's degree of education from the University of North Dakota and is now a math teacher and coach at Millard West High School
