Stopsley ward, in the east ofLuton ,England . The area spans from Jansel House, theVAT Building in Luton, up towards Butterfield green andPutteridge High School . The area also includes theUniversity of Bedfordshire Putteridge Bury Campus and surrounding area, which extends intoHertfordshire .Much of the houses were built in the 1930s by Janes builders of LutonThe area is surrounded by green space including Butterfield green, which has a new industrial development currently being built. This is hoped to help boost the local economy of the area and
