Kuzminki District ( _ru. район Кузьминки) is a district in
South-Eastern Administrative Okrug ofMoscow ,Russia . Its area is 493 hectares and its population is 122,951.History
The main point of interest in the district is the
Vlakhernskoye-Kuzminki , a former estate of Stroganov and Golitsyn families. In 17th century the territory of modern district belonged to the Simon monastery. In 1702Peter the Great gave this land to Grigory Dmitriyevich Stroganov.Transportation
