Naraha (楢葉町 Naraha-machi?) is a town located in Futaba District, Fukushima, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 8,230 and a density of 79.56 persons per km². The total area is 103.45 km².

Among other attractions, Naraha houses J-Village, a state of the art sports training and convention facility that also houses a hotel, restaurant and public bath. The Argentina National Football Team stayed at J-Village for the 2002 World Cup.

Naraha also houses one of Japan's fifty-seven (57) cycling terminals and an onsen (a hot spring with a traditional Japanese public bath).

Naraha is accessible by train. There are two stops for Naraha on the Joban Line 3: Kido in the southern part of the town and Tatsuta in the northern part.

Naraha is bordered by the town of Tomioka to the north and the town of Hirono to the south.

Naraha is a sister city to the Town of Wuchang, China (1992), and the City of Euclid, Ohio in the United States (1993).

Naraha has been suffered great devastation as a result of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami. Naraha, along with Tomioka, is home to the Fukushima Daini (Number 2) Power Plant. The Daini power plant had a problem with its cooling facility. This was in addition to problems suffered by the nearby Fukushima Daiichi (Number 1) Power Plant. Naraha was evacuated as a result of the problems at the plant.
