Clara Hill is a musician born in Berlin. Clara Hill was one of the leading figures of Berlin-based Sonar Kollektiv. She writes and performs with a varied array of artists. With an impressive discography including 3 critically acclaimed full-length albums “Restless Times”, “All I Can Provide”, “Clara Hill's Folkwaves:Sideways” and many 12“s featuring big names of Electronic and Jazz knob twiddlers Clara Hill belongs to those few artists that never stop growing. During those years Clara Hill built up her reputation as a great live vocalist with several bands and her live PA performance. She is a multi-faceted artist with the ability to span over the music genres with sophistication. Coming from a Singer-Songwriter / Acid-jazz / electronic background – Clara never stopped discovering and experimenting new musical styles and musical diversity: whether she is floating on folk, pure guitar songs, slightly jazz arrangements, orchestra compositions or on profound electronic beats Clara Hill knows how to bring her voice and her writing to different beats and various musical atmospheres.

Beside countless tours since 6 years between east and west Europe, Japan, Australia, Russia, and China her main interest is to present her own independent musical language, to focus on strong compositions besides musical trends.

past collaborations: Jazzanova (DE), Stefan Leisering-Extended Spirit (DE), RIVULETS (US), Marc Mac (4 Hero) ( UK), Atjazz (UK), Vikter Duplaix (US), and King Britt (US) and Thief, Dixon, Slope, Georg Levin, Volker Meitz, Sandboy (DE)

Clara is working on her new Album which goes more in direction folk and new folk with elements of experimental music, electronica and post rock.
