Mydukur (also known as Mydukuru, S. Mydukur) is a town and mandal in Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh, India. Mydukur was founded due to Madhavaraya swamy temple. Long ago it was called Madhavakuru.

It has been called the Junction of Rayalaseema, since it links the roads connecting the holy cities Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Srisailam and the state capital of Hyderabad.
